Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Coming this Fall

The next installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise is coming later this year. This game is shaping up to be another made in Canada Classic!

A definite made in Canada masterpiece. It’s being made in Montreal at Ubisoft’s headquarters by the team who brought us Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Origins.

Vikings are a hot commodity at the moment and Ubisoft is set to try and cash in on the popularity of the Nordic warriors. Valhalla will see players play the game with Eivor, a viking raider. The character will bring gamers to new heights of adventure using Eivor’s strength, experience and Viking lore.

Driven out of their homeland by wars and famine, players will lead Eivor across the North Sea, where players will be required to carve out a new future for themselves and their clansmen and women. Players will be able to lead raids, secure resources, fight against enemies both large and small, human and mystic.

Gamers will be able to choose to play as the male or female version of Eivor and will be able to customize tools, tattoos, clothing, war paint and other gear. The game is set in an open world environment, where players will play the game in the backdrop of the Dark Ages.

The game is looking good ! Be sure to check out a video of the game play in our video player. Fans of the series who pre-order the game will receive an additional mission at launch.

We will have a review of the game when it launches. I can’t wait to play it on the PlayStation 5!
