So when you picked up Resident Evil Village some time ago, you might have recalled that it was supposed to come with the multiplayer game Resident Evil Re:Verse. The problem is, however, there was no sign of it; and Capcom decided to work on some single player DLC for the game instead.
However, that doesn’t mean Re:Verse was forgotten. In fact, Capcom finally revealed that the free bonus multiplayer game will finally arrive for PlayStation and Xbox platforms next week!
The trailer below gives you a good idea of what’s in store, including an art style that, thankfully, does away with the cel-shaded look that was promised before, going with a more gritty appearance instead.
The game will feature a number of characters at launch, and there’s more to come via updates, including new characters, costumes and even a Battle Pass with additional goodies to unlock.
Those should be detailed fairly soon.
The early access to Re:verse kicks off next Friday, October 28th. A time wasn’t given, but it’ll likely be a late night Thursday launch to get players into the game!
