Along with three new pieces of DLC that will keep fans entertained, Capcom announced today that a new update will also be available for Resident Evil Village this October. It’ll be free and will feature a number of accessibility options, including the following:
- Subtitle size, color & background toggles
- Speaker name display in story mode
- Closed captions
- Permanent reticle
These will go alongside the Winters’ Expansion and Gold Editions of the game set to arrive around the same time. The Winters’ Expansion will run $20 and include three new pieces of DLC, including the Shadows of Rose story DLC. Those that don’t have the game yet will be able to snag it for $50, getting the original Village and the DLC all in one shot!
So be on the lookout – things will be picking up for Resident Evil Village in just a few months!
