So you’re probably familiar with the work of YouTuber Logan Paul, and either really love it or just want to punch him in the face or torso or something. Well, if you’re a classic gamer, you have even more reason to hit him.
Paul decided to take on a new project – building a retro-themed table for his living room or some room in his house. But here’s what he did – he went and took about 15 classic Game Boy systems, dipped them in some kind of epoxy resin (to assure they’d probably never work again), and then put them into a table frame that apparently lights up.
Neat design idea? Sure, on paper. But we’re talking about fifteen classic game systems that are going to ruin over something that, honestly, could’ve been planned out much better. Check out
the video in the tweet below.

While some of Logan’s fans like how the table looks in the long run, there are many classic gamers out there who are downright pissed. And rightfully so.
Over on Twitter, users noted a bunch of different comments, including… “AYO DUDE?! You just destroyed several K worth of nostalgia! That’s like taking a bunch of snes, or N64 consoles brand new in mint condition and taking them out the box only to drop them down a flight of stairs…”
Another noted, “A glass display table would be lighter, cheaper, forever customizable, and would protect rather than destroy its contents.” (Amen.)
But to drive the point home that Logan really screwed up, Wired Productions released a video showing how to make a proper display table without ruining game systems. Behold!

Paul seemed to notice the video, stating, “What have I done?” But too little too late there, bud. Kudos to Wired and the many fans that tried to set this guy straight. And best stop him from creating a wall filled with unusable Nintendo 64 systems. Oy.
