With the game due to arrive in just a few weeks, Riders Republic looks to be a big runaway hit with racing fans. But Ubisoft isn’t just content with what’s already included in the game, as it has some big plans for its first season over the next year.
The company revealed the roadmap for what’s expected, and everything kicks off with the Grand Opening Pre-Season, which will coincide with the game’s launch. This includes various multiplayer events, such as Mass Races, Trick Battles and weekly events. In turn, those that take part can earn exclusive rewards, such as the Rocket Bike and Rocket Skis Exotic Kits.
In addition, the Winter Bash should come along this holiday season, featuring even more events and unlockables. Showdown Time will kick off Season Two sometime next year, with the introduction of the new Showdown Time mode, where two teams of six can compete against one another for glory. As expected, there will be new content here, too.
Finally, the third and final season (for the first year, anyway) introduces the BMX Season, with new playgrounds and events to pay around in, along with new sponsors and other goodies. The video below details just what players can expect, and see a little bit of action from the game. Ride on, you crazy people!
The Year 1 Pass is available for separate purchase, or you can get it with the Gold and Ultimate Editions of the game. It arrives on October 28th for Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
