It’s kind of weird that one of the greatest games to come out for the now-defunct Turbo Duo was Dracula X: Rondo of Blood, a stunning entry in the Castlevania saga. Not that it was lacking in quality, though. It’s a great game, but, alas, Konami never gave it a chance on the U.S. market for some silly reason. But, years later, Limited Run Games is ready to give it that chance.
Alongside the folks at Konami, it announced during its E3 presentation today that Castlevania: Rondo of Blood will finally grace the Turbo Duo console later this year. Not only will it have all its sweet action intact, but it’ll also feature English dialogue, so you can read what everyone’s saying. Finally. And yes, you can play as Maria in it as well.

If you prefer to stick with new consoles, there’s good news there as well. Castlevania Requiem, which contains pixel-perfect versions of Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood, will also debut in physical form later this year for PlayStation 4 and, via backward compatibility, PlayStation 5. So you can get your whips in that way as well.
Check out the gameplay for the classic version of Rondo of Blood below. Whip it good!
