Over the next week, there’s going to be a lot of events for video games, thanks to the annual E3 event. Though it’s digital this time around, we’re still in for quite the show!
Here’s the rundown of when everything will go down, as well as what to expect.
June 10: Summer Game Fest Kickoff
First off is Geoff Keighley’s annual Summer Game Fest, which begins around 2 PM EDT. It can be viewed here and has a number of companies in tow, and will also feature appearances by Weezer and Jeff Goldblum. Sadly, not together, but still!
June 12: The First Day Of E3
E3 kicks off with a bang starting on June 12! It begins with Ubisoft Forward, which starts at 3 PM EDT and can be watched here. Ubi has already promised some big reveals, as well as updates to a number of its existing games, so expect a few surprises!
Next up, Devolver Digital returns with its weird but enjoyable E3 showcase, promising some big stuff for Shadow Warrior 3, along with new titles. There’s no time yet, but watch this space to learn more.
Finally, Gearbox will have a presentation over the course of the day, possibly teasing a new Borderlands title, which we reported in another story. Be sure to keep an eye of what they have in store.
June 13: The Second Day Of E3
Next up, there’s Microsoft and Bethesda, starting the day with their official press conference. All sorts of Xbox goodies will be revealed here, starting at 1 PM EDT. You can watch here and see how everything goes down!
There will be lots of PC love with the PC Gaming Show and Future Games Show, which will take place over the course of the day. Watch the PC Gaming Show here; and the Future Games Show here!
Square Enix will also have a presentation at 3:15 PM EDT during the day. It’ll have an update for the Marvel’s Avengers Black Panther DLC, along with a new Final Fantasy project and much, much more. Watch here to your heart’s content!
Finally, Warner Bros. Games will have a presentation for its upcoming shooter Back 4 Blood, among other titles. A time hasn’t been given just yet, but we’ll have more details soon!
June 14: The Third Day Of E3
There’s not much happening on Monday, but there will be new presentations from both Take-Two Interactive and Capcom. Take-Two reportedly has a number of projects to reveal; and Capcom could have some great stuff, including a sequel to Dragon’s Dogma and a possible Resident Evil game. Times weren’t given, but more info should be available very soon.
June 15: Let’s Wrap It Up!
Finally, Nintendo will have a new Nintendo Direct for all to see, starting at 12 PM EDT. You can check that out here, and expect 40 minutes of Switch goodness!
E3 will also have online presentations from various companies as well, including Intellivision and more. Oh, and it’s all free! Just register here and you’ll be able to see it all go down.
