Mortal Kombat! In 1995, New Line Cinema unleashed its cinematic version of the hit fighting game, which has since gone on to become a cult classic. Now, it lives once more, this time with a new Movie Skin Pack unleashing for Mortal Kombat 11.
The trailer below shows the movie pack in action, featuring the return of some familiar faces from the film – Raiden, Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage. What’s more, you’ll hear some voices from the past as well, as NetherRealm Studios has brought back the original actors to give their characters life.
First up, there’s Bridgette Leann Wilson-Sampras, once again taking over the role of Sonya Blade. Based on what you hear in the trailer, she doesn’t miss a beat. Not to mention that she’s back in her sandy beach outfit.
Linden Ashby is also back as Johnny Cage, and though he sounds a little bit older than he did in the 90s (that’s age for ya), he’s definitely more than suited to fill the role of the egotistical actor/fighter.
And, finally, the gem of the pack – Christopher Lambert! He’s once again returned to voice the role of Raiden, complete with those lovely silver locks.
Check out the trailer below. The Movie Pack is available for purchase now in all versions of Mortal Kombat 11, including Ultimate for Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. It’s time… for Mortal Kombat!
